Judge Simon Gledhill retires with effect from 11 December 2024. Background information Judge Gledhill was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal in 1999 and a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) in 2009.
