His Honour Judge Peter Thomas Testar retired as a Circuit Judge with effect from 22 January 2021. Background information His Honour Judge Testar (70) was called to the Bar (M) in 1974. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2004.
