Employment Judge Mark Simon Emerton retires with effect from 27 January 2024. Background information Employment Judge Emerton was called to the Bar (Grays Inn) in 1991. He was appointed a Parking Adjudicator, a part-time Immigration Adjudicator and a part-time Chairman of the Employment Tribunal, in 2000. He was appointed an Employment Judge in 2009. He []
