Governor will not close businesses as COVID-19 cases rise

Dr. Linda Bell, state epidemiologist, said she is more concerned about COVID-19 in the state than ever before, especially in Greenville County, during a Wednesday press conference. Gov. Henry McMaster has no plans to shutter businesses again and called for the General Assembly to allocate $500 million to the state's unemployment insurance fund.

Spartanburg hosts NCAA cross-country championships

The NCAA Division II and III Cross-Country Regional Championships will take place in Spartanburg in November 2021 at an event expected to bring 500 athletes to the area as well as team staff and spectators.

BMW Manufacturing passes production milestone
