Ohio company enters Severe Violator Enforcement Program after 3 injuries in 5 months For the third time in five months, OSHA investigated reports of unsafe machinery at an Ohio hardwood flooring mill. Two of those inspections involved worker injuries, the latest when a workers fingertip was partially amputated because it was caught in an unguarded belt and pulley. OSHA cited the company for six repeated and 12 serious safety violations and placed it in the Severe Violator Enforcement Program. |
