New return to office, mask and vaccination requirements

The State Government has announced the following changes to their COVIDSafe requirements for workers from 11:59pm on Friday 25 February 2022.

Victorians are no longer required to work or study from home.

The wearing of a face mask indoors is only required by workers: 

• in hospitality, retail and the court system
• indoors at an event with more than 30,000 people.

Face masks are still recommended for other workers serving or facing members of the public, eg. workers meeting guests or serving customers.

Vaccination deadlines for workers required to receive three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been extended.

All other COVIDSafe requirement for workers remain in place.
