Companies, schools with 100+ employees are subject to the mandate
| Nov. 4, 2021 President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine-or-test mandate will apply to public school employees in Minnesota. Teachers and other staff in schools with more than 100 employees will be required to either get the COVID-19 vaccine or submit to weekly testing. State officials are reviewing new details from the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration on the mandate. Under the OSHA rule, employers must pay workers for the time it takes to get vaccinated and provide sick leave for workers to recover from any side effects.
