Cozen O'Connor overbilled and performed duplicative work in an insurance action, according to a recently filed lawsuit in Florida. According to the suit, the carrier-plaintiff paid the firm a little more than $210,000 for legal services, but ceased payment for new invoices because of the alleged breach of contract. Read more in our first item today. Also, the high demand growth seen last year may begin to weaken.
