Cozen O'Connor has chosen to keep Michael Heller on as CEO. It will be the Philadelphia-based Big Law leader's fifth turn leading the firm. Also, a lawyer has agreed to a lengthy sanction after he filed a lawsuit against the police on behalf of a man who's 12-year-son was fatally shot, despite not actually being retained by the family.
