| Wear Scriptures is a Christian clothing brand that is dedicated to spreading the gospel with clothing and accessories. Each design encourages Christians to be a voice for the gospel. Many people don’t understand the meaning of the cross. Many wear the cross as a fashion statement. They consider themselves a good person and feel that they are good with God. They don’t see themselves as sinners in need of a Savior. However, Romans 3:23 says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord,” (KJV). All of mankind needs a Savior and needs to be reconciled back to God. The only way to be cleansed from our sins is to receive and appropriate the sacrifice of Jesus dying on the cross and shedding his blood. Hebrews 9:22 says, “...without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness (neither release from sin and its guilt, nor cancellation of the merited punishments,)” (AMPC). |
