| | Female swimmers at a prestigious Ivy League school are warning that their biologically male teammate’s continued participation in women's swimming competitions could result in the athlete’s performances surpassing records set by decorated female Olympic athletes. Speaking anonymously to sports website OutKick, one swimmer stated, "Our coach [Mike Schnur] just really likes winning ... I think secretly everyone just knows it’s the wrong thing to do. When the whole team is together, we have to be like, ‘Oh my gosh, go, Lia, that’s great, you’re amazing.’ It’s very fake.” Another teammate remarked that Thomas’ record-breaking performances are not lost on the swimmer, alleging that her teammate has bragged, “That was so easy, I was cruising” and boasted about achieving the title of “No. 1 in the country.” |

| | Prominent Southern Baptist Pastor Mike Stone has withdrawn a defamation lawsuit against former Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission President Russell Moore. Stone sued Moore in October over letters that Moore leaked to the press after leaving the ERLC in May that alleged that SBC leaders mishandled a "crisis of sexual abuse" and that Moore and his family had endured unfair treatment at the hands of denominational leaders. In dropping the suit, Stone explained, "I believe that based on current circumstances the better path for my family, my church, and our convention at this time is to leave the matter in the hands of our Lord." |

| | A Catholic diocese in Michigan has ordered its priests not to perform baptisms, confirmations and other Catholic sacraments on trans-identified or nonbinary individuals with an exception for those who have engaged in “repentance” for rejecting their biological sex. The order also addressed pastoral care for such individuals, saying, "Let us open our hearts to the love of God that we may overflow with love and kindness and respect for others.” The Diocese of Marquette released a statement last Thursday stating that "The Church teaches that persons experiencing feelings of same-sex attraction or gender dysphoria is not sinful, but freely acting upon them is.” |

| | Academy Award-winning actor Denzel Washington opened up about the spiritual aspect of his Christian faith in an interview with The New York Times. The actor described himself as a "God-fearing man" and said, "This is spiritual warfare. So, I’m not looking at it from an earthly perspective. If you don’t have a spiritual anchor you’ll be easily blown by the wind and you’ll be led to depression." In discussing Heaven, Washington stated that "there are going to be two lines, the long line and the short line, and I’m interested in being in the short line." |

| | Douglas Blair writes about the dangers of Wikipedia's editors attempting to downplay a "communist mass killings" page under the guise that it exhibits "anti-communist bias." With Wikipedia frequently at the top of Google search results, its editors downplaying the death and destruction brought about by communist regimes and censoring tyrannical history "[does] a disservice to those victims of Marx’s failed philosophy. It is up to us to guard their memories so that the atrocities of communism stay buried in the past where they belong," Blair asserts. |
