Almost 60% of leaders globally say they feel used up at the end of their working day -- indicating burnout -- and 44% of that group say their advancement will come from switching companies, according to a Development Dimensions International study. In addition, just 20% of leaders say they feel they're effective virtually, and DDI's Stephanie Neal says, "Although the last year has been extremely challenging to leaders, we were very surprised to find the extent to which this is already impacting leaders' level of burnout."
