A green speech bubble with three scrunched up yellow post-it notes in the middle, surrounded by blank yellow post-it notes. In 2023 we launched a communication campaign to ensure all health & social care providers and professionals understand what these changes are, what they mean for them and what they need to do to prepare for these changes being implemented. To help us measure how successful this campaign has been so far, we want to know how well you understand these changes. To help us do this we'd like your feedback through a short survey. Assessment frequency We're working towards publishing more detail on how frequently we'll assess providers going forward. To support this work we'd like some feedback on some initial questions. Take the survey to share your thoughts. A cartoon lightbulb in the middle of a magnifying glass. Question marks surround the magnifying glass. There are a number of important prescribing and patient safety notifications that are issued by national organisations. We would like to remind providers that they will need to be signed up to separate sources to ensure they receive all the necessary alerts. We have found some practices are not aware that all necessary alerts are disseminated via the Central Alerting System, often meaning the MHRA Drug Safety Updates are missed and potentially leaving patients at risk of harm. These alerts have to be signed up to directly from the MHRA website here.  Our Mythbuster gives more information. An open laptop with an open notebook resting upon it, with a pair of reading glasses and black pen resting atop the notebook. There has been a technical issue impacting our factual accuracy process and we are working to resolve the issue. This has resulted in a delay to draft reports being sent for a factual accuracy check, we are sorry if this has impacted on you. Rest assured once the issue has been fixed we will progress reports for factual accuracy check. We are hopeful this will be resolved next week and will update you when it is fixed. Weâre committed to producing assessment reports as quickly as possible.  Claptop We've improved our internal finance systems and have insourced our financial services. This means you are now able to contact us directly about paying your fee by emailing our Contact Centre. They will resolve your queries or put you directly in touch with our Finance team on your payment-related queries. Your invoice will now contain more information about the fees you owe and when they must be paid. If you are due an invoice in June or July this will be sent by post to your registered billing address. If you have not got a direct debit in place, you can contact our Finance team, quoting your provider ID to set one up. |
