What do you do when an APP wants to expand their scope of practice? What do you do when you learn an APP is practicing outside of their scope? What if the scope is not well-defined or the supervising physician is not properly identified? Attendees will learn about a recent court case in which all of these issues occurred and what they can do to create a mechanism that supports legal expansion of an APP’s scope of practice.
