  • Dr. John McDougall, MD, the founder of the McDougall Program, meets with participants every morning to answer questions and share his extensive knowledge on various health topics, including heart disease, diabetes, weight loss and cancer. Participants often comment that this is one of the highlights of the course. 
  • Anthony Lim, MD, JD, our Medical Director, in addition to seeing each person one-on-one multiple times throughout the program, he also delivers eye-opening talks on emotional eating and behavior change. His compassionate approach has made him a participant favorite.
  • Doug Lisle, PhD, will guide you through lectures that help you understand the aspects of your personality that have hindered your success in the past. Learn how to reshape your mindset and overcome obstacles on your path to achieving your goals.
  • Jeff Novick, MS, RDN, through a series of talks will educate you on calorie density, the secret to losing and maintaining weight loss, how to read and understand nutrition labels, and demonstrate how to make quick and affordable meals in half an hour or less.

Throughout the program, you'll receive dedicated support from a personal Support Specialist. They will meet with you before the program starts and provide guidance and assistance every morning. Even after the program ends, we continue to support you with weekly meetings for the first two months, followed by monthly check-ins for an entire year.
