Report: $15 minimum wage increase to cut 1.4M jobs

A report by the Congressional Budget Office found that while implementing a $15 minimum wage would allow for incomes to grow, it would come at the cost of 1.4 million jobs. The report also said that the minimum wage hike would cause the federal deficit to swell to $54 billion in the next 10 years.
