We all need a bit of comfort right now and we couldn’t help but notice that lasagna is having a major moment—The Wall Street Journal even crowned it a top food trend of 2020 (though quite honestly, it’s always been a favorite in our book). Layers of melty cheese, tender pasta and a creamy bechamel make this dish so comforting that we just had to create our own version—with a few flavorful twists.
