Crocs, headquartered in Niwot, Colo., is moving next year to Broomfield, Colo., where the company is developing an 88,000-square-foot workspace. The move offers an opportunity to design a building that meets the needs of Crocs employees, spokesman Ryan Roccaforte says.

Report: 401(k) savings rate on the rise
The average percentage of workers' pay that employers are contributing to 401(k) accounts has increased to 5.1% from 3.5% in 2010, according to research from the Plan Sponsor Council of America. Plan enhancements including higher automatic default rates and matching contributions, as well as earlier plan eligibility, are thought to have positively affected participants' savings rate.
