A few more twists look to be on the horizon in one of corporate Australia's most protracted power struggles.

Tonight, we take a look at what Cromwell Property Group's board is mulling, in an effort to stem the flow of blood from its boardroom.

It's been two weeks since the property manager copped a second strike against its remuneration report at its AGM – triggering a spill meeting in the next 90 days – and Cromwell's independent directors are thinking about what they can do to minimise the damage.

Elsewhere, ASX-listed betting technology company BetMakers has its sights on a new acquisition, and was crossing fund managers on an equity raising on Monday night to finance the purchase.

And finally, we take a look at the sale of a stake in New Zealand's third largest oil and gas field.
