To those of you that have said it's time to quit, retire or give the reigns over to younger producers, I just want to THANK YOU for all the many years of dedication to agriculture. I know when I started 48 years ago, I was not promised the journey would be easy. I'm sure you have endured both the good and the bad, but I'm guessing you're glad you had the chance to be a farmer. You have been an asset to your family and community. It's amazing to me that a long career can easily be forgotten (by others) once you are no longer involved in an active role. Too each and everyone of you that have chosen to leave your position as an active producer, let me say that you are appreciated! May you and your family be blessed by God as you experience new opportunities! Thank you for being part of the agricultural story!
