Our contributing cook Elizabeth Hewson describes her cheese-stuffed meatballs as a big pot of happiness, and who are we to disagree with that description? Rich, decadent and indulgent, this is the perfect winter dish for any family. Who doesn't love meatballs? To round off the dish, Elizabeth offers her recipe for cheesy garlic scrolls. These are recipes built for enjoyment.

This week we also deliver recipes from Orathay Souksisavanh's new cook book Thai Home Cooking. Orathay brings us three achievable and deliciously fragrant dishes that will fill your table with spicy, flavoursome Thai dishes. Why bother with take out when these recipes are so easy. Happy cooking.
