JOIN US HERE!_________________________________________________ Crucial Consumer Confidence, Bonds’ Big Move and Bitcoin’s Big Drop — What to Expect Tuesday Stocks are up slightly ahead of a crucial Consumer Confidence report coming at 10 a.m. ET, but they’re unlikely to do much until we get that data. The bond market (TLT) is finally giving us a helping hand, and it’s now at its 100-day moving average and relieving some pressure on stocks. Now here’s a tip for those with big accounts who want to own Bitcoin at lower prices since it’s falling so much… IF you’re a long-term Bitcoin or GBTC holder, that makes you an investor. Again, this is only for people with big accounts who want to average down or own Bitcoin at cheaper prices… I’d sell cash-secured naked puts at the 200-day moving average with the intent of taking delivery of the asset there. If this doesn’t make sense to you, then you’re probably in over your head and need to learn more. The U.S. dollar, meanwhile, is helping commodities go a little higher. Crude oil is also still stuck in a range, and if it moves away, it’s probably going to fall a little lower into another channel, which means we don’t have much directional bias in the energy market — so I’d stay away.
