Pro-bono leadership coaching |
| In partnership with executive coach training firm, Meyler Campbell, we’re offering an opportunity for our researchers to take part in pro-bono leadership coaching. Coaches will help you explore topics related to potential growth, provide support and challenge thinking, encourage action and promote reflection and self-learning. This is a valuable opportunity for researchers looking to boost their skills in order to progress further in their careers and become better leaders. Coaching is open to researchers funded by us, including Cancer Research UK fellows, junior group leaders at our institutes, mid-career and senior researchers with leadership responsibilities, senior, and in some cases junior, postdocs aspiring to establish their independence as a research group leader. |
