Congratulations to our Data for Children’s and Young People’s Cancer Pilot Award recipients Emma Woodward, Simon Bomken, Maria Hawkins, Benjamin Hall, Anthony Moorman, Katie Harron, Anindita Roy and Martin McCabe.

The awards for Anthony and Katie are jointly funded with Children with Cancer UK; Anindita and Martin’s awards are co-funded with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

These pilot awards support data-driven research questions to develop new, scalable and generalisable solutions to common challenges in children’s and young people’s cancers. They build on our Research Data Strategy and support our strategy of putting discovery at the heart of the research that we support.

You have more time to submit an abstract for our brain tumour conference

Calling all early-career scientists – we have 15 speaker spots available to showcase your research to the international brain tumour community during the sessions on brain metastasis, spatial sequencing, 3D genomes and more. If your abstract is accepted, you can also apply for a travel bursary.

We’re extending the deadline for abstract submission for our Brain Tumour Conference until 7 June.
