Equality, diversity and inclusion at Cancer Research UK |
| We published our equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) strategy this week, which plays an important part in helping us achieve our vision of a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
This refreshed five-year strategy builds on our existing priorities of addressing cancer inequalities, research, our people, leadership and engagement.
In the next five years, we want to see our actions and those of our partners working towards a more diverse and inclusive cancer research landscape. By then, we’ll be funding more research that addresses cancer inequalities, and the people who contribute to our research will be from more diverse backgrounds and bring a wider range of lived experiences.
Next year we’ll publish our more detailed EDI in research strategy. |
