Law student Janaki Jagannath (formerly of Community Alliance for Agroecology), Karen Leibowitz of Perennial Farming Initiative, Sara Tiffany of Community Alliance with Family Farmers, and Tiffani Patton of Real Food Media discussed ways all of us can take part in a climate-wise future. Chef Shawn Naputi of Prubechu will be at the Thursday farmers market next week as part of Tacolicious's annual Guest Chef Series! He'll be making tacos with chicken kelaguen with spicy aioli, shredded lettuce, and fresh coconut. Proceeds support CUESA's Foodwise Teens program.
