Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) is prevalent on major hazard plant, both on and offshore, including nuclear and chemical plants, oil refineries and offshore installations.

Following a scoping and prioritisation workshop in September, HSE has created a number of work packages for shared research into this important topic and is now seeking sponsorship from interested parties.
