At The Library Bar for example, midweek evenings become a little more magical, with a cocktail in hand and performances by pianist James and weekly changing acoustic singers. WHISKY TASTING WITH THE LAKES DISTILLERY

In an event not to be missed for whisky connoisseurs, Garden Room manager Sophian Ejjanfi is joined by The Lakes Distillery to discover the secrets of whisky making and sample four single malt scotch whiskies, including two special editions and a brand new dram.

For the next event in our 2024 wine programme, we look forward to welcoming Charles-Henry Fourny, Champagne maker and owner of Champagne Fourny & Fils, to The Lanesborough for a tasting and reception, hosted with our Head Sommelier Raffaele Leonardo Silvestre.

‌‌CIGAR MASTERCLASS

In our September cigar masterclass, our cigar sommeliers showcase Romeo Y Julieta, the perhaps most evocative of all Cuban cigar brands. Their wonderfully smooth and full-flavoured Linea D'Oro Dianas is paired with Bunnahabhain 18-Year-Old, an intensely warming single malt scotch whisky.

MARTINI SUNDAYS

‌‌Pull up a seat and let the weekend wind down in style at The Library Bar. Pianist Kwaku sets the mood with familiar tunes, whilst our gin Martini of the month is masterfully prepared tableside with Edinburgh Cannonball Gin and a selection of garnishes for guests to explore.
