Cultivate compassion

Dear Yogi,

We could all do with a little more compassion in our lives… for ourselves and for the people around us. Tara Brach describes compassion as the act of “allowing ourselves to be deeply touched by the vulnerability and suffering that exists within ourselves and all beings”.

Experiencing and expressing compassion not only reduces stress, promotes healing, and brings solace, it also allows us to offer care without the need for agreement or support.

By consciously nourishing the good within ourselves, we can create a positive impact on our own lives and the world around us.

“A powerful sense of gratitude and connection with you and EkhartYoga came to me at the end of this meditation. I realised how much your guidance, wisdom, love and encouragement, and that of all the EkhartYoga family, means to me and brings into my life. I am supported and nourished and in turn, I’m able to support and nourish. The ripples of your energy, commitment and purpose spread far and wide. Thank you.”
