Curfew on Massachusetts restaurants to lift Monday; 25% cap on business capacity to remain in place

“Vaccines are reaching residents, positive case rates have stabilized. Those trends are moving in the right direction,” Gov. Charlie Baker told reporters Thursday afternoon, two months after he imposed the curfew. “As a result, we believe it’s ok and it’s time to start gradually easing on the restrictions we put in place.”
