- Dialogues & Debates is MozFest's speakers series — a place for fiery conversations and compelling panels. MozFest's signature speaker series will explore collective power as it shapes technological systems, policy, and social and political movements – both on and offline.
- MozFest Science Fair The MozFest Science Fair theme will explore AI Anthologies. Increasingly society has come to rely on AI-based, data-driven interventions to address social issues. Often, this can result in unforeseen impacts on the communities these interventions are designed to serve. The anthology will leverage visual storytelling in Mozilla Hubs to call up new narratives and meaningful insights about the many experiences people have living and working with AI-based systems around the world.

This cosmo-technic inquiry will respond to and evolve around participant offerings, interactions, provocations, and curiosities. Join us in this introspective yet collective wayfinding experiment exploring the complexities of shapeshifting algorithmic (id)entities and spaces. |
 | The Parables Experience is based on the work of award-winning author Octavia E. Butler, illuminating both the roots of systemic oppression AND community-led solutions and strategies in the face of climate catastrophe, criminalization, and exploitation. This experience will feature the work of a diverse range of artists, activists and community organisers who will share the unique intersections of their practices with the themes of Butler’s Parable of the Sower and Parable of the Talents. |
