Editor's Notes

Hi, Baltimore. Quick update on pandemic restrictions from the city:

On Friday, Nov. 12, Baltimore will go back to 25% capacity for retail, restaurants, gyms and venues. Plus, restaurants will have to close at 10 p.m. "Over the past month, Baltimore City has seen our data points move in the wrong direction," City Health Commissioner Letitia Dzirasa said at a news conference.

And in these last hours of waiting for final election results, check out all the election-related reporting we've done locally, as well as in Philly, D.C. and Delaware.

That's it. See you on the other side.
