Cybertruck resellers had better watch out

The pickup will be delivered to the first customers at a special event on November 30, but it won't enter mass production until 2025

Early buyers of Tesla’s new Cybertruck could be made to hand over $50,000 to the automaker if they try to sell the electric pickup within the first year of purchase.

Aware that some buyers may want to cash in on the Cybertruck’s rarity, Tesla says in a new “Cybertruck only” section added recently to its Motor Vehicle Order Agreement that owners intent on reselling the vehicle will need a valid reason and written permission from the automaker – or face getting sued.

The automaker's terms also said that if a customer steps out of line, it could even refuse to sell them a Tesla in the future.

If a request to sell the Cybertruck is deemed valid, Tesla said it could buy it back at the original purchase price “less $0.25/mile driven, reasonable wear and tear,” and other costs ...

Netflix subscribers are getting one of the decade's best games

Netflix Games launched in 2021 and continues to expand its offering of titles

Netflix has announced a slew of new games coming to its mobile gaming platform. The list is headlined by Supergiant Games’ 2020 hit Hades, which will be available on mobile devices for any Netflix subscriber when it lands next year.

Hades is one of 2020’s best games and is currently available on PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox. A sequel, Hades 2, will enter early access next spring.

Netflix Games upped its commitment to gaming during its recent Geeked Week stream, which revealed several titles coming to the platform soon.

Hades is the crown jewel, but several other notables include Katana Zero, Death’s Door, Money Heist, Chicken Run: Eggstraction, The Dragon Prince: Xadia, and Braid: Anniversary Edition ...

The solution is better than a case and better than nothing

I really didn’t want to put my iPhone 15 Pro Max in a case. Cases add bulk, reduce the attractiveness, and wouldn’t allow me to enjoy the vastly improved ergonomics or the feel of the titanium band around the chassis. So I vowed not to do it.

However, I’m also realistic. My expensive new phone needs some protection, especially when it is being shaken around in my bag or placed on a table. The solution came from the past, as the product I chose brought me back to the way I protected the very first iPhone models I owned when cases were far less common than they are today.
