Nominees for the 70thPrimetime Emmy Awards were announced this morning by Samira Wiley (The Handmaid’s Tale) and Ryan Eggold (New Amsterdam), along with Television Academy execs. HBO’s Game of Thrones grabbed the most nods with 22; NBC’s SNL and HBO’s Westworld each earned 21. Final voting takes place August 13-27; winners will get their trophies Monday, September 17 during a broadcast on NBC.
