Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines are teaming with DiscoveryInc. to start their own lifestyle-focused network. The couple, who announced last year they were ending their HGTV series to focus on their family and many businesses - a Target product line, books, magazine, restaurant, and tourist destination Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, Texas, to name a few - broke the news Friday night on The Tonight Show. While he said a non-disclosure agreement kept him from sharing details, “We’re excited to be back,” Chip Gaines told Jimmy Fallon. “The Gaineses are exceptional people, true authentic storytellers and creative visionaries who will nourish millions of people with quality, family-friendly programming accessible on a 24/7 network and across all screens,” Discovery spokesperson David Leavy told People. “Stay tuned…working out the final details…more to come soon!”
