Entertainment industry PR and brand marketing agencies Rogers & Cowan and PMK*BNC will operate as one entity. The companies announced they’re pooling their client rosters, which pack more than 30 corporate brands and 500 clients including Steph Curry, Elton John, Brie Larson,The Rolling Stones and Denzel Washington. Chairman Cindi Berger, CEO Mark Owens and chairman of the entertainment division Alan Nierob will lead the combined entity. Shirley Hughes will serve as president of the brand marketing division, Fran Curtis and Brad Cafarelli will be vice chairs of the entertainment division and Bill Rosenthal will be the division’s COO/CFO.
