Segna joins from Universal Cable Productions, where he served as VP Scripted Television Development, while Gill hails from YouTube Originals and Harjo joins from the Kennedy/Marshall Company. Brenda Kelly Grant has returned to ABC as Vice President of Casting. Prior to her return, Grant served as the head of Internal Communications and worked across Operations at Amazon Studios.
Complex Networks announced appointments to the executive team: Jonathan Hunt, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Audience Development; Katina Lee, Head of Branded Content; and David Weinstein, Vice President of Production, recently joined the company and will work across Complex, ComplexCon, First We Feast, Pigeons and Planes and Sole Collector.

MediaCom USA named company veteran Adam Potashnick its US COO. Previously, he was chief growth officer, a position he has held since 2015. Potashnick joined MediaCom in 2006.
Endemol Shine North America named Amber Sheppo to the post of SVP, licensing. Sheppo previously served as VP, international licensing at 20th Century Fox.
AMC Networks International elevated Patrick Connolly SVP of programming and marketing. Connolly was named SVP of programming, AMC/SundanceTV Global in 2018.
Eric Green rises to president of BWR and Sunny Jenkins joins the team in the new role of chief growth officer, in news that comes as BWR and BCW team to launch BCW Entertainment, designed to move people and build brands through pop culture. Green previously led BWR’s entertainment division; Jenkins joins from HL Group, where she most recently served as EVP and client lead for West Coast relationships.
