Historic Peoria mansion faces uncertain future. Here is the city's vision for the property

The 1890s-era mansion is in need of repairs, and Peoria officials hope a new developer will preserve the building.

Built in 1924, the building has been added to the list of historic properties being sold by developer Kim Blickenstaff.
