You may have heard a great deal of discussion yesterday around Scotland potentially on track to enter a 'circuit breaker' lockdown.
But what exactly is a 'circuit breaker' lockdown and how might it affect you, me and our families? Thankfully, our politics reporter Conor Matchett is on hand to explain all here.

John Swinney set to announce 2021 exam plans

The education secretary is set to announce plans for the 2020/21 exam diet as well as potential contingency plans for exams should schools be forced to close as they were during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic.
