Peoria firefighters battle a house fire Friday, Oct. 16, 2020 at 1502 W. Widenham in Peoria. The Peoria Fire Department responded at about 6 a.m. to reports of heavy smoke and flames from the house. No one was home at the time and no one was injured. The damage was estimated at $50,000 and the incident is under investigation.
