Justice Parker of Peoria opened up her new clothing boutique Hello Poppy Boutique in November at 114 State St. Suite 1B in Peoria’s Warehouse District.

“We carry up to 3X, which I think makes us stand apart from anyone at least in Peoria,” said Parker. "I really just strive to include everybody."
