They're really pink lemonade pies. We just used limeade and went green.
They're freezer pies. The filling is almost ice cream in a graham cracker crust. We make the big pies in a glass base springform pan. We peel the outer ring off and cut nice neat slices right on the glass base.
The smaller pies are made in a muffin pan. They're both very scrumptious.
