Bayer has failed twice to get its appeals of cases it has lost in the Roundup/cancer litigation in front of the Supreme Court, but now it has a cunning plan. According to attorneys from those cases, Bayer is paying a man who has a different type of cancer (not one that the courts have linked to glyphosate herbicide exposure as they did the other plaintiffs’ Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma) and who lost his case against the company, to appeal his unwinnable case. Just think how much of the country’s reporting that affects! @GMWatch on Twitter
