SaaS Updates for October 11, 2016

Starting October 25, 2016, Google is extending non-admin user password recovery to include email addresses. Microsoft made a few announcements: the preview of the Office 365 adoption content pack in Power BI, updates to Sway, and the ability to create and share Office docs while collaborating in Yammer. Insightly introduced a new Opportunity History Report, and Zendesk announced an update to its DMARC policy.
