You are telling me a story and I am interested in that story. I want to find out how that story is going to end, how you describe it, and all the rest of it – so I’m eager to listen. I don’t offer an opinion, saying, ‘No, the story must be this way, that way, the other way’ – I just listen. After listening completely, I can say, ‘That story is not good, that story isn’t complete,’ etc., but first I must listen, absorb and understand what the story means.
