During the day there must be order so that during sleep the brain, which demands order and security, can become free to register only what is absolutely necessary and register nothing psychologically. This is a tremendous problem because the brain is registering all the time, and therefore is all the time occupied. When the brain is occupied all the time, as most brains are, there is no freedom and no space.
