Capacity, as we know it, is based on experience: I have built several houses and I have the capacity to put things together. This capacity is the accumulation of experience, which has given me knowledge. Is there a capacity which is not based on experience? I can only answer that question when the brain is free from knowledge. Then it has capacity, probably untold capacity.
