Attention is to look at a flower, at a leaf; to listen to what is being said in class. When you go for a walk, when you look, when you listen, give your complete attention. That attention is not only with your eyes and ears, but also inwardly. Look without any opinion. Don’t judge, just look. When you look that way, when you listen that way, you will find that your whole body, your whole feelings and your brain become sharp.
