Fact is I am hurt, and that hurt is making me afraid. That is a fact. And I realise that it must be changed. I want a change, that’s a fact. I must change it because if I don’t, there is fear, there is anxiety, all the rest of it. So change is the movement of the fact away from the fact, so that my ‘being’, in quotes, is never hurt.
