Thrilled because I'm so happy all of my hard work has brought it to fruition and nervous because it is unlike my previous books, and I want more than anything for my readers to embrace it.

As many of you know, I have suffered most of my life with depression, anxiety, and everything that comes with it. Unmedicated will reveal my journey from how I became sick in the first place to being stuck on the medication hamster wheel for years and finally coming to a place where I live not only free of medication but also a full and happy life. This book is not anti-medication--for me, medication served a purpose and I'm grateful it was available--but I wanted to choose differently for myself, to live more naturally and free of side effects. The program I developed, which is explained in detail in my book, is free and fairly simply to follow. It is also powerful and life-changing. The special part about this work is that it will improve your life even if you aren't depressed or on medication. It can help you live a more full and happy life no matter your circumstance.
